Billing Dispute Manager is a add-on module, which comes integrated with Telecom Billing Solution, but is also available as a separate application. The system automatically receives invoices from each supplier via email and imports them. Once the supplier invoice is imported into the system, the system will also analyze it for discrepancies and disputes.
The discrepancies and disputes would be verified against pre-defined business rules / policies. Discrepancies would be escalated to a specified billing team email address. Then, the billing team can run the Invoice Reconciliation to find out the details regarding the discrepancy. To investigate this matter in more detail, billing team can run CDR Reconciler to find out the differences at CDR level.
