It is an online, web-based system developed to manage the inventory and generate quotes and work orders for new installations and service requests / upgrades.
Details of approximately 10,000 equipment parts are stored in the inventory database, which is updated in real-time by the suppliers as well as based on the generated work orders.
For new customer requests, a quote is generated from the system. Upon client’s approval, it is converted into a work order that is dispatched to the Installation Engineer for implementation. Upon completion, Engineer marks the work order as completed, which automatically converts the customer quote into an invoice and sent to the customer for payment.
