It is a web-based application, which will allow clients to book shipment requests and track their shipments through various stages of delivery. There is also an Admin portal, which allows administrators to approve shipment requests, enter new shipments on behalf of clients, and update tracking status of shipments in progress.
There is a front-end website, which provides visitors with information on offered services with an option to submit a courier rate request, freight rate request, and account application.
