A fully integrated end-to-end supply chain management solution was designed, developed, and implemented for a startup. It is a one-stop shop solution for supply chain managers, which provides inventory management, shipment tracking, supplier communication, supply chain analysis and powerful Business Intelligence reports with real-time data.
The system is integrated with third-party services like SAP, Go Motive, Vizion, and Yellow Fin to enhance transportation, logistics tracking, and data synchronization with different ERP systems and supply-chain solutions.
It also includes proactive risk assessment tools using predictive analytics to reduce delays and optimize carrier performance. Due to streamlined logistics processes, shipment delays are signficantly reduced, overhead costs are reduced, cash flow is improved, while resulting in increased operational efficiency for the supply chain team.
UI screens were designed in Figma and the solution was developed on MERN stack and hosted on AWS.
