Brief Description:
Two Wheels One Planet (TWOP) is a bike store, serving cycling enthusiasts in Costa Mesa, California, selling bikes, parts, accessories, clothing and repair services for over 60 years.
TWOP had a subscription-based web platform to sell its products online, but it lacked key features for TWOP to grow its online sales and didn’t allow any customization to show its unique brand to its customers. So Telkoware was hired to develop an eCommerce website.
Telkoware designed and developed a new eCommerce website on Shopify platform, while following the brand guidelines of the business. All products with images were uploaded in different categories and web pages were developed for various services, including repair, trade-in, and financing. After completing all configuration for shipping, taxes, and legal policies, new eCommerce store was launched.
The exponential growth in sales following the launch of the eCommerce website was remarkable. Within the first 3 months, Two Wheels One Planet saw a 150% increase in online sales compared to the previous year. The user-friendly interface, detailed product descriptions, and secure payment options on the new platform attracted a wider customer base.
